I have been selling real estate for the past 18 years in Tuscarawas County and this is the best buyers market that I’ve seen during this period of time.
People still need to sell whether to downsize, divorce, transfer with a job or have a growing family and need more space – the same goes for buyers and their situations. I wish the media would stop all of the negative spin on the housing market and instead talk to realtors like myself that are very busy selling homes.
The home prices are down and so are the interest rates. If you are a seller and not too happy with the price that your home may sell for – the flip side is – you can buy more home for less money now too, so it works both ways. Now is a great time to buy.
